Say Yes to Say No

So, you know that feeling, when you’ve agreed to do something or go somewhere, but you’re not that keen and you kind of wish you had said NO? Or, you really wanted to do something but you just felt too shy or not confident enough to say YES?

Getting in tune with yourself and feeling out what you really want to do is a great way of getting more of what you’re really passionateabout into your life. After all, saying NO to some things means you have more time and can say YES to others. Practise a big YES and a big NO now! Then get out there and be clear about what you want – and watch how even more amazing life gets!
